You can request deletion of your QuickAid24 Partner account and all associated personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and Google Play User Data policy.
How to request deletion
- In-app: Open QuickAid24 Partner app → Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account

- Profile (name, photo, DOB)
- Phone & email
- Saved addresses
- KYC docs (Aadhaar, license, certificates)
- Bank & UPI details
- Location history
- Chat messages & call logs
- Push notification tokens
- Reviews & ratings
- Emergency contacts
- Subscription history
Data RETAINED (legal obligation)
- • Booking & visit records (8 years) — Indian medical record retention law
- • Payment & GST invoices (8 years) — Income Tax & GST Act
- • Audit logs (1 year) — fraud prevention
- • Anonymised analytics — no personal identifiers
Timeline
- • Within 24 hours: Account deactivated
- • Within 7 days: Personal identifiers removed
- • Within 30 days: Full deletion complete (as per DPDP Act 2023)
- • Confirmation: via email/WhatsApp
