By using QuickAid24, you agree to our booking, payment, and cancellation terms. Services are provided by verified caregivers on our platform.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what's required to deliver care — contact details, address, and clinical notes. Health records are stored under ABDM/ABHA compliance. We never sell your data.
Refund Policy
Cancellations more than 2 hours before service are fully refunded. Partial refunds apply for early service termination. Contact care@quickaid24.in for disputes.
Grievance Redressal
For any complaints, write to grievance@quickaid24.in. Our Grievance Officer will respond within 48 hours as per applicable Indian consumer laws.
